• Product Focus: We specialize in close-fitting apparel such as Bodycon Dresses, Bandage Dresses, Backless Dresses, and related styles where precise fit is paramount.
• Color & Display: Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings.
• Fit Guidance: It is the user’s responsibility to consult our detailed size charts for each product to select the correct size.
• Final Sale Items: Certain items, including intimate apparel, bodysuits, and all products marked “Final Sale” or purchased during specific promotions, are non-returnable for hygiene and exclusivity reasons.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Order acceptance is confirmed via email.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Payment is processed at the time of order. You authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding select remote areas and parts of Asia.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Estimates: Provided times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
• International Fees: The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed for your convenience while protecting the integrity of our products.

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.
• Process: You MUST contact us first at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original standard shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Available for size/color, subject to stock. Customer is responsible for new shipping charges.
• Non-Returnable Items: As stated in Section 3.
• Incorrect/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and replacement/refund.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Bodycon Collection Shop or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bodycon Collection Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the website or products, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

We are not liable for:

• Delays in delivery outside our direct control (e.g., carrier delays, customs hold).
• Loss or damage of return shipments in transit.
• Customs fees or import issues incurred by the customer.
• Minor variations in product color or fit as described in Section 3.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seattle, Washington.
